On July 21, 2021, Liaoning Anyu Energy Group and Three Gorges Group (Yingkou) Energy Investment Co., Ltd. jointly signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Shenyang.
Both parties agree to leverage their respective advantages in the fields of natural gas power generation and new energy, establish a strategic cooperation relationship of complementary advantages, mutual benefit, and common development, and plan to conduct comprehensive cooperation in the entire industry chain related businesses such as stock photovoltaic power station trading, incremental parity photovoltaic power station investment, capital operation, EPC, energy storage, maintenance agency, intelligent operation and maintenance, comprehensive energy services, digital energy management, etc.
